
Recipes - Air Fryer
Broccoli - Crispy (Top)
1 large brocolli head
Olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cayenne pepper for heat (optional)

Cut the florets off the head
Try to keep them the same size
Steam the florets if you want a less bitter taste
Add last 5 ingredients and mix (marinade)
Add florets to marinade - toss well
Turn air fryer to 350 and allow to warm up
Place florets well spaced into air fryer
Cook for 8 minutes
At half time take it out and shake them

Cauliflower - Air Fried w Bread Crumbs (Top)
1 small cauliflower head cut into florets
Egg or eggs
Minced garlic
Bread crumbs
Cayenne pepper for heat (optional)
Cumin
Curry powder
Parmesan cheese
Pepper
Salt
Turmeric

Mix the egg(s) & garlic in a bowl
Mix dry ingredients in another bowl
Dip florets in egg and roll in dry ingredients
Roast in air fryer at 350 for 15 minutes
Turn over with 5 minutes to go

Chicken Pieces (Top)
8 chicken pieces
2 T oil (avocado)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Optional turmeric

Mix ingredients in a bowl
Add pieces and coat them
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes
Turn over and cook another 10 minutes
Test for doneness with a heat probe

Whole Chicken (Top)
5-6 lb chicken, giblets removed
2 T oil (avocado)
1 T salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme

Mix ingredients in a bowl
Add chicken and baste on both sides
Consider removing the grate
(Can cook bigger chicken & cooks in juices)
Cook at 360 for 50 minutes
Turn the chicken over and cook for another 10
Test for doneness with a heat probe

Chips - Potato Peel Chips (Top)
Place in bowl, wash & dry w paper towels
Add oil & salt
Cover bottom of air fryer container
Only cook 1 layer at a time
(Use a silicon bowl if available)
Cook at 400 for 6 to 8 mins
Check after 5 mins

Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Top)
Butter or mayo
Bread
Cheese slices (cheddar)
(Can mix swiss with it)

Butter or mayo on one side of the bread
Keep the buttered side out
Add the cheese (optional meat slices)
Put one or two sandwiches in
Cook at 365 for 3 minutes
Flip sandwich(es)
Cook for another 2 minutes

Vegetables - Grilled (Top)
Mix of fresh veggies
Oil (avocado)
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper

Put veggies in bowl
Add oil and salt
Cook at 375 for 13 minutes
Toss the veggies after 7 mins

Hash Browns (Top)
2 - 4 unskinned potatoes
Oil - high smoke point
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Parmesan Cheese

Cut the potatoes into cubes
Mix ingredients together in a pot
Add potatoes and stir until well covered in mix
Place in air fryer so potatoes are in a single layer
Cook in air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes
Stir and cook for another 5 minutes
Check and if required cook for a few more minutes

Carrots (Top)
Carrots, peeled and sliced on a diagonal
1 T Olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt (go very light on salt and add later)
¼ tsp pepper

Toss all in a large mixing bowl
Cook for 10 minutes at 375
Turn carrots over at about 6 minutes

Asparagus (Top)
Asparagus - washed and cut into pieces
1 T Olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt (go very light on salt and add later)
¼ tsp pepper
Optional - grated parmesan

Toss all in a large mixing bowl
Cook for 8 minutes at 375 (recipe said 400)
Turn over at about 5 minutes

Onion Rings (frozen) (Top)
Onion rings - frozen
Olive oil

Place frozen onion rings in a large mixing bowl
Coat in oil
Cook for 9 minutes at 400
Turn over at about 5 minutes

Pork Sausages
Poke holes in the sausages
Cook at 400 for 9-12 minutes
​
Spinach & Artichoke Bites (frozen) (Top)
Heat to 400
Cook for 8 minutes

Salmon - Frozen Fillets (Top)
Heat to 400
Brush with oil
Add lemon juice (optional)
Cook for 11 minutes

Chicken Nuggets (frozen) (Top)
Heat to 400
Cook for 9-12 minutes
​
Fish Fillets (frozen) (Top)
Set Air Fryer to 380
Coat fish w lemon juice and oil
Cook for 6:30 per side
​
Hamburger (Top)
Cook at 375 for 7 minutes
Check temperature with probe
- beef should be 170
- chicken should be 165
- turkey should be 165
Finish with microwave if temperatures are not achieved
With cheese on top, microwave for 30 seconds

Carrots - Sweet & Chunky (Top)
1 lb carrots peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces
2 T butter melted
2 T brown sugar
¼ tsp salt

Toss carrots in the mixture
Cook at 380 for 20 to 25 minutes
​
Carrots - Savory & Long (Top)
1 lb medium sized carrots washed and peeled
2 T olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ C grated parmesan cheese - once cooking complete
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss carrots in the mixture
Cook at 380 for 20 minutes
